Cairn provides affordable housing services to communities throughout Scotland. We manage over 3,500 homes with area offices in Bellshill and Inverness. Cairn's headquarters are in Edinburgh.
Cairn Housing Association has for over 30 years served a wide variety of communities throughout Scotland offering a range of affordable housing and related services.
As a main provider of housing across Scotland we aim to meet local housing demand, nationwide. We strive to put the customer at the heart of all we do in delivering excellent service.
We have one supported housing complex in Edinburgh.
Extra Care Housing.
Supported housing for people aged 60 +
We have one and two bedroom flats in our Extra Care Development, Madelvic Square, Granton. We work in partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council. Staff are on duty from 8am to 10pm daily.
