COVID-19 UPDATE...
Our activities have resumed online and are now open to new members.
Our Zoom sessions offer you the chance to improve your health and wellbeing and meet others.
Our activities are specially for anyone over the age of 18 with a physical disability. We welcome everyone from complete beginners to advanced, and everyone in between.
We supply all materials. All Ecas staff are trained, know their subject and have an enhanced disclosure certificate.
Activities cost £2.30 per Zoom session. New members can try an activity for two weeks before signing up.
Art 1 and 2...
Art 1 & 2 - Online - Wednesday 11:00am - 1:00pm.
Art 3 - Online - Friday 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Normal Service details...
Ecas provides all kinds of opportunities for physically disabled people in the Edinburgh area to get together and enjoy themselves. As a help towards costs all clients are asked to pay class fees of £1.15 per hour for their class and, for those who meet a set criteria, they can apply for a grant to assist with transport costs to and from their class.
Ecas activities are fun, friendly and led by trained staff! The groups are very social with the tea and biscuits almost as important as the activity itself.
Art Class...
A chance to explore your artistic side in the company of others through painting, drawing, collage, sculpture and mixed media using:
- Watercolours
- Acrylics
- Oils and inks
- Pastels
- Mosaic tiles
- Air drying clay
- Computer/tablet
Suitable for ages 18+
Activities cost £1.15 an hour.
We can help with transport costs to and from your activity.
