information SERVICE DETAILS

SoundSational currently delivers across various local authorities working within Primary schools, Secondary schools, Special Educational Needs and Youth Learning Hubs.

Musical experiences in childhood accelerate brain development, particularly in the areas of language acquisition and reading skills and that learning to play an instrument, singing and understanding music improves mathematical learning.

Aside from traditional academic achievement music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school. Intellectual, social, emotional, coordination and the mind work together. Exposing children to music helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression. For children and adults, music helps strengthen memory skills.

Learners who sing together in a group develop a long lasting bond... all while having fun!
