Penumbra works with schools and educational organisations across Scotland to raise awareness of mental wellbeing.
Our staff can visit schools and other organisations to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues including exam stress, looking after your mental health, identifying helpful coping strategies and making positive choices.
Penumbra can also offer mental health awareness training and self harm awareness raising training for teachers.
