Follow Up provides housing support to individuals, couples and families in order to help them maintain their tenancies and avoid a housing crisis.
We provide assistance, advice and encouragement to enable tenants to live independently.

This service can be accessed by completing a referral form (by individual or agency worker).

WHO CAN APPLY?
Anyone over 16 who is currently at risk of becoming homeless, homeless at the moment or has experienced homelessness.
We can support people who are owner occupiers, live in private lets, housing association, council tenancies and temporary accommodation, or if you do not live at home.
WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?
We can support people for an initial six month period. The support will focus on what you want and need. This support can include all or any of the following:
- PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH
- LIFE SKILLS
- EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
- SOCIAL SUPPORT
We also offer a variety of services for another year for people who need support for longer period of time. These might include befriending, groups and peer support or telephone advice.
