Garden Maintenance/Volunteers required...
This hardworking group maintains all the common areas and the polytunnel. If you have one or two hours to spare, why not come along and enjoy the fresh air? We are keen to provide training, where needed.
You can come along at any time during daylight hours. We will also have a regular sessions for Friends each month. We can look at the work to be done and enjoy cuppa and a bowl of soup.
A few of the activities the friends have been involved in:
The CEEP gardens are in need of a number of maintenance tasks including:
- Pruning hedges
- Pruning willow fedge
- Reroofing sheds
- Repairs to fence
- Rain water catchment system
- Completing installation of poly tunnels
- Edging round allotments
- Laying of slabs and path
Then it's time for a well earned bowl of soup
