information SERVICE DETAILS

Our Edinburgh project offers free counselling for single parents who feel this kind of one-to-one therapy would help.

Counselling can provide a safe and nurturing space to understand yourself better and work through issues and make changes that promote your wellbeing.

The sessions are weekly and while time limited, usually run for up to 12-16 sessions.
