Fit For Life
A follow on from Get Fit For Free, our weekly exercise session gets you fit and feeling good about yourself in a fun and friendly environment within the south stand concourse on a Tuesday evening from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
This programme is open to all, free to attend, and there is no set fitness level required.
