Free 1:1 appointments for LGBT people to talk through issues around identity or mental health, and find out about support is available.
Talking can help
In taking care of ourselves amongst the complex challenges we can face as LGBT people, talking can really help. We offer one-to-one appointments so you can chat about what’s going on for you, whether that’s around your identity or mental health, to look at what might be helpful.
Talking to a member of staff is a great opportunity to find what mental health support is available and which one could best meet your needs. For example, this could be a one-off appointment to introduce you to LGBT Health and Wellbeing services. Or you might want to talk on a number of occasions for information and support (offered on a monthly basis).
How can I get support?
Face-to-face
You can meet face-to-face with a member of staff. You are welcome to bring a support person at those meetings with you.
Phone
If more convenient, you can arrange to talk over the phone at a set date and time.

In addition, you can get support through email.
