The Youth Club is for young people aged 8 - 11.
If you're looking for somewhere to hang around with your mates then drop in, we run a generic youth club, where we offer young people a variety of imaginative and self-directed play opportunities as well as a Tuck Shop where they start taking responsibility for money.
The Junior Youth Club provided opportunities to for children to develop their social skills, increase their cooperative play opportunities and allows them to build relationships.
Spaces are limited for this group and are offered on a first come first served basis.
Other sessions have been programmed with outings, games, activities, arts & crafts and sports sessions. This club meets the local need to provide youth provision in the area for under 12’s as it is the only youth provision currently being offered in our local area.
£0.50 per session for members £1.00 for non-members.
The Youth Club is tailored to the wishes of its members, the youths that attend create their own programme of activities. Up-to-date programmes detailing individual sessions can be found in the Community Centre window, on the Warner Bros Wall, hand-outs at the youth clubs and on the community notice board. As well as updates on our Twitter & Facebook Feeds.
