Admin Fee

In order for us to add you to our waiting list, we ask that you pay a £10 admin fee. You can do this by BACS, cheque or cash. Please note that we can only process your referral once the fee has been paid.

Waiting times and next steps

Once you have been added to our waiting list, our skilled clinical managers will assess your self-referral form and allocate you a suitable therapist. If you have any preferences as to which therapist you would like to see, please note this on your self-referral form. Please note that this may result in a longer waiting time if your preferred therapist has limited availability.

The waiting time for an appointment varies. Our allocations are quicker when the client has greater flexibility, in terms of days and times, but it is usually longer for evening appointments. Your wait may also be longer if you indicate a preference for a female/male therapist. Once you begin therapy, your appointment will usually be weekly, at the same time and same day each week. Please take care to make sure that the times you offer us will be convenient for you on a regular basis.
