information DESCRIPTION

The Annadale Street Mosque also known as Anwar-e-Madina was established by Pakistan Association Edinburgh and East of Scotland in Zetland Hall in Pilrig Street in 1985. To accommodate the growing number of the Muslim community they moved to Annandale Street in November 1997.

Muslim men and women are welcome to pray in the mosque five times a day in their designated halls.

The Masjid runs various programs for adults and children where they can learn and understand Quran along with other Islamic and linguistic courses.

The Masjid provides facilities to the community like Jummah (Friday) and Eid Prayers, Funeral Services and religious gatherings.
