DESCRIPTION
Blackhall Bowling Club is a lawn bowling club that was established in 1898. Our 6-rink green is one of the largest and best in Edinburgh. Our club historically is part of Blackhall and preserves the village atmosphere in its setting and surroundings. We actively support and participate in playing in Bowls Scotland, Edinburgh and Leith Bowling Association, Edinburgh Bowling League, Scottish Women's Bowling Association, Edinburgh Women's Bowling Association and East of Scotland Bowling Association competitions and team games.
Blackhall Bowling Club has Adult, Ladies and Senior Fixtures.
We have a strong and active membership but are always delighted to welcome new men, ladies and junior members. Our clubhouse and bar offers excellent facilities for our bowling and social members, visiting bowlers, spectators and guests.
