Blackwood Homes provides a range of accessible, modern, attractive and bespoke housing aimed at providing great value to people with a range of disabilities and housing needs.
We have 9 sheltered housing properties in Edinburgh all designed for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.

Is a home providing a range of services for adults with physical disabilities.
Blackadder Place is a purpose built two-storey house located in the North of Edinburgh. The house is close to local shops and amenities including churches and a library. There is a nearby bus service straight into Edinburgh city centre.
This development is run in partnership with Leonard Cheshire Disability Scotland.
