Description

Comas is an Edinburgh charity which specialises in community development and social innovation.

Happiness, health and belonging for people struggling with life.

Comas is a social innovation charity using community development to help people find the solutions they need.

Why?

We can't keep doing the same things we have always done and expect different results. When people continue to experience isolation, poverty, stigma and fear we have to recognise that real social change for them requires different thinking, new perspectives and a relentless search for what works.

We work with:

People with enduring health, mental health and social problems: older people; families; people recovering from addiction.

Comas is a Gaelic word which means ability.

For further information on what we do, how to get involved or how to be referred to any of our services, please get in touch for a chat.
