Welcome to Community Integrated Care – one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work in the community, enriching the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of passion for what we do.
Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. Whether we’re exploring new assistive technology, making service improvements or finding better ways of working, we never stand still.

Our charity delivers a host of specialist, community-based care services, supporting people in leading fulfilling and independent lives. To this end, we work with adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, autism and complex care so they can play a full part in their local community.
Wherever we are, our care services go above and beyond to encourage the people we support to reach their personal goals. Achieving milestones in different aspects of everyday life can involve providing technology support or helping people to improve their health, connect with the local community, find the right job or even go on holiday independently.
