Welcome to ENGAGE, our state-of-the-art sports facility open to students, staff and the public. We're here to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they are.
Come along to train to get stronger, faster, fitter or just for fun! Whatever your goal is, our goal is to help get you there.
We've got a fully-kitted fitness suite and sports performance gym if you're looking to work hard and get results. If you prefer to get fit with your friends we offer over a range of classes and you can also use our sports hall for football, badminton, basketball and more.
Our friendly gym staff and industry-leading instructors are always here to help - don't be afraid to ask us for advice! We cater for all levels of fitness and our facilities are here for everyone to enjoy, with a range of wheelchair-accessible equipment.
When you take out a membership, you will receive two FREE consultations and a six-week training plan tailored to your personal fitness goals.
Check out our State of the art Strength & Conditioning Performance gym which includes a range of wheelchair accessible equipment. We also have personal training sessions available, virtual classes, a running track and two brand new fitness studios suitable for group fitness classes, indoor cycling and lots more!
