At Energize we pride ourselves in our excellent service levels. We provide a friendly, uncrowded environment where every user can approach our professional team for help and advice anytime. Whatever your ability or disability, we will make you feel welcome every visit and ensure you are on track to meet your fitness goals. An extensive range of unique fitness classes, facilities, equipment and swimming pool means there's something for everyone to motivate, challenge and enjoy!
Our Energizer program over 6 weeks will ensure you head in the right direction to make health and fitness part of your life for the long term. And if you require assistance at any time, our highly qualified staff will provide you with expert guidance as part of our commitment and service to you. Non members are also welcome to use us on a daily basis for gym, swim or class options.
The club offers a wide range of unique, well known studio and outdoor classes, including our NEW Les Mills GRIT, BodyCombat Virtual Spin and BodyPump classes. The large free weights and resistance areas are equipped with brand leading Precor equipment for the beginner to experienced exerciser. There is also an outdoor training area with tyres, sledges and monkeybars. a brand new functional training rig studio has just been opened too, and more equipment has been installed thoughout the club.
Energize have a 5 lane, 20m swimming pool (lessons available for all ages and abilities), saunas, beauty spa, hairdressers, physiotherapy.
Energize is more than just a fitness club!
At Energize, we offer day rates for Gym, Swim and Classes.
Children aged 5-16 can swim for just £4 and under aged 5 is FREE and must be accompanied by one adult per child under the age of 16
We also offer Concession Membership rates available for OAPS, Unemployed, Students, Armed Forces, Police, Fire and Ambulance Service employees.

Saturday - Sunday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
