Gingerbread Childcare Services

Providing excellent childcare facilities for children in Edinburgh.

We are a warm, friendly, family-feel childcare service operating in a number of locations in the Edinburgh area:

- Dalry
- Lorne
- Prestonfield
- Tollcross
- St. Cuthberts

We also collect children from various neighbouring primary schools and take them back to the after school care base. Other primary schools we collect from are St. Marys.

Parents/Carers are more than welcome to use our services out with the above schools (Parents/Carers would have to make alternative arrangments to drop the child/children of to any of the above schools.

Advice

The office deals with enquiries on a wide range of topics including housing, further education, employment and childcare.

Informal Counselling

This can be conducted over the telephone and to persons visiting the office.

In-Depth Counselling

Anyone requiring more in-depth counselling can make an appointment to speak to our counsellor in the strictest confidence at any time within our office hours.
