Manor Estates Housing Assoc. - Tressilian Gardens Retirement Housing Complex

Manor Estates was established in 1995 following the transfer of over 900 houses in Edinburgh from Scottish Homes. Since then we have built and acquired a number of new houses across the city.

We are a charitable housing association, and our aim is to provide good-quality housing and services which help improve people’s lives and their local communities.

Manor Estates Housing Association has three Retirement Housing Complexes in Edinburgh.

Retirement housing gives older people the independence of having their own flat with the security of having an alarm system and a site manager.

Tressilian Gardens Retirement Housing Complex:

The development was built in 1987, and is located in a quiet area of Liberton.
