North East Edinburgh Care Action Group (NEECAG) - Portobello

North East Edin Elderly Care Action Group (NEECAG) is a Forum for older people, carers and those who work with them in Portobello area.

North East Edinburgh Care Action Group (NEECAG) was formed in 1995.

The main purpose of the Group is to give older people the opportunity to discuss Health and Community Care issues in a more organised way to make their views known to relevant bodies. Following consultation, key aims and objectives for the group were agreed.

Membership is free and open to any 50+ older person in the Portobello area.

The Pilmeny Development Project provides important community developments and support to a wide variety of local groups and organisations including NEECAG.
