About the Academy:

We are a social enterprise delivering learning and development programmes for anyone working for social purpose.

The Social Enterprise Academy was set up in 2004 as a social enterprise. We tailor learning and development for people working in, or towards, a leadership role in the social economy.

Our leadership, enterprise, and social impact programmes encourage innovation and creativity by focussing on you the participant and your personal development as an entrepreneurial leader.

We provide programmes in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Social Impact Measurement for people and organisations at any stage in their development.

We work with young people in or out of education, entrepreneurial start-ups, as well as the staff, chief executives and board members of emerging and mature organisations.

The Academy is an accredited Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) Centre and offers internationally recognised qualifications in Europe, Africa and Australia.

Our learning programmes go further and deeper than typical training courses.

Our approach is to tailor content to individual learning styles, and to support active reflection and practice throughout a programme.

What people learn then becomes their new way of living and working.
