New Patient Registration...
If you have recently moved to South Queensferry please register as soon as possible. This enables us to request your medical records and have your past medical history should you need to be seen with an acute problem.
To register, complete our new patient registration form AND NHS Scotland form - 'Application to Register Permanently with a General Medical Practice' which can be obtained from reception or downloaded at https://www.southqueensferrymedical.co.uk.
Prior to registration, if you wish, we can offer a registration appointment with one of our practice nurses and our reception team can arrange this for you once you have completed the forms. This appointment gives us the opportunity to record some basic information about you to aid us in providing care until your medical records are received from your previous practice.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Our appointments system is designed to offer you a range of options in accessing our services:
Early Morning: 7:00am - 8:00am
Pre-bookable 8 weeks in advance - symptoms/reason for appointment will be required at time of booking.
Routine Appointments
Daily pre-bookable 8 weeks in advance - symptoms/reason for appointment will be required at time of booking.
Same-day Appointments
Each morning our system offers appointments to meet daily demand. From 8:00am onwards, please call 0131 537 4407 or book at reception desk - symptoms/reason for appointment will be required at time of booking.
Emergency - Duty doctor
Each day we operate an emergency surgery for symptoms that cannot wait until the next available routine appointment. Please be aware that our receptionist will need details of your emergency to allow the doctor to prioritise the surgery.
