St Ninian’s is a small but lively community of faith, in the Diocese of Edinburgh, part of the world-wide Anglican Communion. We are to be found just over a mile north-west from Edinburgh’s historic city centre.
At St Ninian’s we offer a warm welcome to visitors, new residents in Comely Bank and Stockbridge, and old friends. Irrespective of whether you’re an Episcopalian or Anglican, adhere to another Christian denomination or haven’t been to church before, we'll be pleased to see you.
At the heart of our life together is the Eucharist, the shared meal of bread and wine in which Christ is present among us to bless, to heal, to forgive, to renew and to welcome all without conditions.
Permeating our life of worship, prayer and learning together, is a desire to care for and support one another, to be active in concern for the wider world, and to offer friendship to all who come. We look forward to welcoming you to any of our services of worship, whether for a visit when on holiday in Edinburgh, or as you look for a community to meet your needs for the long term.
