DESCRIPTION
The Vale Club is self run community group which is affiliated with Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland
The Club offers ongoing support for those living with stroke illness, their family and friends in local communities.
The club is independently run and provides a source of information, signposting, confidence and reassurance and is an invaluable part of learning to live with chest, heart & stroke illness
This is a friendly, social community group who meet weekly and participate in a variety of activities including arts & crafts, guest speakers, talks and outings.
