SERVICE DETAILS
Our open access programme has a range of benefits for young people, but some need more intensive support.
We have a long history of providing individual support to young people who can refer themselves, or are identified by their schools or other professionals.
The aim is to help them work through difficulties and support them to reach achievable goals.
Support is for a minimum of 8 weeks.
We also work with other agencies such as social work, housing, youth justice and health services to ensure that young people and families have all the support they need.
