SERVICE DETAILS
The Almond Supper Club is for older people with a diagnosis of dementia and their unpaid carers such as; husband, wife, brother, sister or friend of a similar age.
The aim of the Supper Club is to provide a supportive, friendly and social environment for the carer and the person they care for, to enable them to share some quality time together. Whilst at the club people will be able to enjoy a meal in a comfortable setting, meet others, connect back into community life and have an opportunity to participate in some fun activities or entertainment.
This service is provided for people living in the communities of South Queensferry, Dalmeny, Kirkliston, Newbridge, Ratho and Ratho Station.
If needed, transport will be provided to arrive at the Haven and to take people home when the club finishes.
