The Alma Project offer arts based groups for adults with mental health problems.
Art and music workshops, introducing art and music exercises that you can try out, such as mark-making to music.
From 10th June to 5th August 2024, Mon 1:00pm - 3:00pm, there will be an Outing Group. You will receive a text each week letting you know what venue to meet at.
What you will need
Groups are free, but we ask that you bring along a suitable pad of paper for art or creative writing and any art materials you wish to use such as paint or pastels. We will provide any craft-based materials and materials for specific artforms such as printing, mosaic, batik etc. You will need to bring along money for tea/coffee (20p/30p)

Our groups run throughout the year. The Monday group is on at the same time and place throughout the whole year, only the themes and projects changing.
Service-user Referral Procedure
The groups are aimed at adults with mental health problems. We ask that before you join a group, you get our referral form filled in by a professional such as a support worker, CPN, GP or other health worker. The referrer should email or post the referral form to us and we will then discuss whether we are able to support you in the group or not. We will phone you with our decision.
