Certificated Childcare Evening Course

Scotland needs more men to work with children in Early Years settings, so MiC will train you FREE OF CHARGE !

After successful completion of a certificated evening course, you may apply for an HNC or SVQ3 Early Years & Childcare course, also FREE OF CHARGE.

Courses start every February & September, one evening per week.

Course venue: Edinburgh College, Milton Road Campus, 24 Milton Road East, EH15 2PP

Men In Childcare continue to provide, free of charge, childcare courses in Edinburgh. The next course will start in February 2021. Details will be available in the Local Press and from Men in Childcare on Freephone 0800 027 9499.

These courses seek to increase the number of men working in Early Years with Children. The initial evening class course, lasting for 16 weeks on a one evening per week basis, will consist of two half modules leading to a Fast Track course (three modules) and then an HNC Childcare Course.

All course are free of charge and are certificated.
