We are still supporting our children and young adults and their families/carers remotely. For further information please get in touch.

Normal service details...

We have a wide range of different services for children and young adults and their families/carers. These include:

- Individual support
- Groups
- Support for families and carers
- Leisure schemes

We provide support to children on a regular basis providing support to them in their local community to take part in their local activities: swimming, going to the park, day trips, cinema and meeting up with other children. This support provides families much needed respite.

Groups...

CAATS Edinburgh Sunday Social Group...

Meet: Sunday
Time: 9:00am - 3:30pm

Examples of activities: Baking, sports; day trips, swimming, beach, BBQ and much more

This group is for children, adults and their families, sibling welcome also. For further information, please speak to Jane or Laura.

The Siblings Group...

TAG also supported other family members. The sibling group enabled able bodied brothers and sisters of service users to engage in activities and trips and gain support from staff and other young people who had similar home circumstances. However, this group did not engage with other providers of services for young people.

The Action Group Playscheme...

Quality playschemes offering quality play opportunities.

For children aged 5 to 12 years with a disability and living in Edinburgh. The playschemes run with a team of paid staff complemented by volunteers. We provide a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for all the children. We offer lots of opportunity for play, art, baking, swimming, games and a variety of exciting trips

Activity Days & Residential Holidays...

We’ll also offer activity days and residential opportunities.

Activity days are day-long outings, without a venue base, where children aged 10 and upwards can have the chance to travel further afield and try out new activities and experiences.

Residential breaks are to Monymusk in Aberdeenshire and full morning-to-evening programmes of activity to engage and entertain your child will be offered.
