The EVOC Red Book

The online directory to find third sector Organisations, and their services across Edinburgh

IMPORTANT

Directory of local groups/projects who are offering specific support during the current COVID-19 pandemic »

In line with Government advice, most groups and organisations in the city have had to take the unfortunate decision to suspend face to face and group work activities. Please telephone or email the contacts listed for the group or organisation if you are interested in their work to check what alternative arrangements might be available or to find out about alternative groups or services in your area.

Details
Our big team of children's workers provide a safe, fun and lively environment for children and young people every Sunday from 10.50am.

Our morning starts with a brilliant 'Sharing Together' slot, led by our minister. Then the children and youngsters move on to their own zone, where they enjoy making new friends, exploring bible stories, creating crafts and joining in the fun, games and activities. We all learn more about Jesus and a God who loves and values each and every one of us.

Creche Corner

For the little ones 0 - 3.

Stepping Stones

This group of children meet on Sunday mornings for stories, crafts, games and fun and join in our cafe church and services. Small in number, we would challenge our new minister, elders and our youth volunteers to reach out to our communities, so that young families and children would learn more about Jesus' radical message.

B-Zone

After Stepping Stones youngsters get involved in Sunday morning discussions over breakfast, worship at Cafe Church and various activities outwith the Church. At present there are no youth attending but we hope that, under a new minister and with the support of our elders and our congregation St Martin’s, B-Zone can be brought back again.
