Mix of aerobics, dance and combat moves with both high and low impact options to suit all abilities and fitness levels. We like to get our sweat on but we also like to have a right laugh and giggle while busting some moves on the dance floor and it actually feels more like a night out than a workout!
The music is a mix of 90's club anthems along with the latest floor fillers, where you let all your inhibitions go in a darkened hall with disco lights on and wave your glowsticks in the air like you just don't care!
Class is £6.50 and our trademark glowsticks cost £5.50 to purchase and they come with a spare set of batteries too which is a Brucie Bonus and then they are yours to keep forever! Please note though that you must purchase your glowsticks along with your booking as they will not be for sale on the night of class.
