COPING WITH COVID-19 FREE ONLINE WORKSHOPS...
WHO ARE THE WORKSHOPS FOR
These workshops are aimed at organisations who are delivering services in the community. At this time when we are experiencing challenges never faced in our profesional or personal lifetime before. We may be struggling with our mental health due to the lockdown, working demands, work-life balance and the extra effort we are all putting in to protect vulnerable people.
These workshops online will help you to learn new self-management strategies, get sound health advice regarding COVID - 19, understand more about this condition (how the lockdown and ease off may affect you) and we can walk with you through this situation.
Our facilitators have lived experience of mental health issues and addictions. They have completed the PDA in mental health and peer support, receive regular supervision and have ample experience delivering workshops.
