What is counselling?
Counselling is a process that provides opportunities for those seeking help to work towards living in more satisfying ways.
It involves agreements between the counsellor and the client and typically takes the form of regular sessions, held in confidence. This provides the chance to explore issues and difficulties in a safe environment.
Counsellors are not there to tell you what to do, but to help you work towards living in a more satisfying and resourceful way.

If you’re going through a difficult time, all our counsellors are trained to help you explore your feelings and experiences in a safe and confidential environment.
Appointments are usually weekly and last up to 60 minutes. We’ll discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you when we first meet.
There’s no fixed charge for counselling, but we do ask for a weekly donation for your counselling at whatever level you can afford.
