Emotional support and accessible information specifically for adults with a learning disability. We can support people over phone, email, Facebook and WhatsApp. Our aim is to reduce social isolation and to make sure adults with learning disability have good information about what is going on and how to look after themselves.
We can also help people link in with other community supports.
