Social Day Care Club for older adults with Dementia.
The Jubilee Club is our well known day centre located in the grounds of Carrick Knowe Church. It is a warm and friendly club where you will be supported by experienced and caring staff.
We provide accessible transport to and from the club, morning tea/coffee, a two course lunch and a range of activities tailored to promote mental, physical and social stimulation but most importantly offer fun and
enjoyment.
Attendance cost: £10.00 (set by Edinburgh Council)
To attend the Jubilee Club a referral must be made by a health or social care professional.
