information SERVICE DETAILS

Some service men and women and veterans are coping with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress or any other psychological problems. These mental health challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating. SSAFA is here to help you overcome the challenges and stress caused by poor mental health, and support your recovery.

HOW CAN SSAFA HELP MY MENTAL HEALTH?

SSAFA can first provide someone to talk to, someone who will let you know that you are not fighting these problems on your own. Our network of volunteer caseworkers, specialised services and associated organisations will look to get you the right support and care that you need.

SSAFA does not deliver medical, counselling or advocacy services, but we can help you get in contact with those who can while offering a friendly shoulder to lean on.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Get in contact with Forcesline today, by phone, email, or online.

You can call them on the 0800 260 6780, via webchat by clicking on the button in the bottom right of your screen, or by using the webform below to send them a message.

Talking your problems over with our dedicated team is your first step, and from there we will be able to best understand your unique situation.
