Equal Access Edinburgh
The Equal Access service is for anyone aged 18 or over, from a minority ethnic community living in Edinburgh, who would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
We offer a range of courses, which explore different tools and strategies to improve our wellbeing.
Drop ins and workshops cover topics such as relaxing breathing exercises, personal boundaries and challenging unhelpful thinking styles and many more.
Drop ins are open to people who want to have a space to be listened to, and given the opportunity to connect with other people.
