Fit Mummy Bootcamp is designed specifically for new or experienced mums! We will pay special attention to regaining strength lost during pregnancy and getting that core tight and strong again. The program will also help rev up your metabolism to get that stubborn fat burning away! Get results quick! Get your body back! Workout with your friends!

Babies can watch mum's from their pushchairs or they can chill out on our soft play area and play with our toys.

The Mummy Loves Fit community have now joined forces along side our own Fit Mummy Bootcamp to bring 2 awesome communities of mum's and babies together!

Fit Mummy Bootcamp is designed specifically for new or experienced mums! We will pay special attention to regaining strength lost during pregnancy and getting that core tight and strong again. The program will also help rev up your metabolism to get that stubborn fat burning away! Get results quick! Get your body back! Workout with your friends!

The classes run on a 4 week block system which you need to book in advance. Each block is specifically designed to get you the best results each month through a variety of training systems. Each block is £24 (1 class a week, for 4 weeks) and you will receive the 3 awesome EBC nutrition booklets when you start your first block. All you need to do is simply drop me an email to book in for the next block and I will take care of the rest.

Babies can watch mum's from their pushchairs or they can use the soft play area which is set up with our toys. Feel free to bring your own toys or mats to keep your wee ones happy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

All you need to bring is your lovely self and a water bottle (I will have some water with me if anyone forgets so don’t panic if you forget one day!).

For outdoor bootcamp you can bring a mat or towel if you wish, and in the winter a hat, gloves and waterproof jacket is advised. For indoor bootcamp a yoga mat could be useful. Other than that the motivation to succeed and change is paramount!

BUT I’M NOT VERY FIT...

It really doesn’t matter how fit or indeed unfit you are, it’s not a competition about who can do the most! in fact the majority of the workouts are timed intervals and you do as much as you can in that time. As you progress through the program you will be able to do more and more repetitions (reps) in the allotted time.
