In line with Government advice, most groups and organisations in the city have had to take the unfortunate decision to suspend face to face and group work activities. Please telephone or email the contacts listed for the group or organisation if you are interested in their work to check what alternative arrangements might be available or to find out about alternative groups or services in your area.

All Level Complementary Fitness Pilates classes are on Tuesdays in the Large Hall for regulars and new people/beginners. Classes are for men and women (not pregnancy), and are about Fitness and Pilates to strengthen core abdominal & back muscles, improve posture, tone, flexibility, co-ordination & balance.

The instructor Susan Cockburn encourages everyone to work at their own pace and demonstrates all exercises, giving easier or more challenging options.

With regular attendance and commitment, you'll work towards your fitness goals and see big improvements and changes.

You’re very welcome to join our community based class. It's convenient, effective, fun and friendly but most of all, if you stick with us, you’ll soon see improvements in your core and overall strength, posture, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. You might even drop a few lbs and lose fat – you’ll certainly tone up.

We offer results-based, all level classes for men and women in.
