Fresh Start was founded in 1999 by a group of church members in Edinburgh with the mission to help people make a home for themselves. Fresh Start provides a range of services that help people who have experienced homelessness make a new start in their tenancies.
Fresh Start Your Local Pantry was set up in 2020 in order to provide the local community with ‘food with dignity’ and as part of our new community Hub.
For a small weekly subscription of £4.50 or £18 for 4 weeks, members of this pantry will be able to buy food, including fresh fruit and vegetables and store cupboard favourites that will often value £15-20 or more!

If you live in the Blue Section, you can join Fresh Start Pantry, if you live in the Green zone you can join Pennywell Pantry and if you live in the Yellow Zone, you can choose either pantry.
