Contact Point is a mental health resource which offers Emotional, Social and Practical support to adults who are often vulnerable, isolated and marginalised in society. Barony's drop-in centre in Edinburgh offers opportunities for people to meet and develop their interests together.
The centre runs a programme of activities put together by those who come to the centres, covering hobbies, social activities, health issues, music, art, recreational activities, educational activities, keep fit and a wide range of outings.

Swimming Group - are always welcoming, friendly and helpful so come along and join us now and remember you don’t need to be able to swim to make a splash.
The Swimming session only costs £1 because we have Edinburgh Leisure Cards. After the swimming we meet in the centre Café and have a chat.
Meet at the office at 11:00am.
