The Muslim Community Helpline is a confidential, non-judgemental listening & emotional support service for all ages from the Muslim community.

Monday - Thursday: 10:00am - 1:00pm, Friday 10am - 4pm (core hours)
Mondays 1:00pm - 3:00pm, Fridays 1:00pm - 4:00pm (extended service)
Tuesday & Wednesday 5:00pm - 6:00pm, dedicated one to one with male counsellor (new)
Call a mobile; pre-booking required which is done by emailing: Friday 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
Languages spoken:
- Asian languages (Urdu, Punjabi, Gujrati) & English
- Monday-Thursday: English
- Fridays: Arabic by appointment
For those who do not know, the Helpline is 100% reliant on voluntary donations and the occasional philanthropic grant from supporters; support for which we are very grateful and which helps to ensure that we remain independent and focussed on the needs of the community and not primarily potential funders.
