Calls to our helpline cost a similar price level to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and are included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes that a phone provider offers to its callers. If you are calling from a mobile, please check with your network provider. If you are calling from a mobile or phone box and have concerns about cost, we can call you back.
Our office hours are 9am to 5pm weekdays and closed at weekends. At busy times you can leave us a message and one of our Information Workers will return your call.
