Come and join our postpartum circle to meet, chat, connect and share over a cuppa. Finishing with a mindfulness session enjoy time to stop, breathe and relax.
This is a nurturing and nourishing hour just for you.
Running bi-monthly on Wednesday evenings from 8:00pm - 9:00pm at our Family Wellbeing Hub.
