Mum & Baby Yoga...
Welcoming and supportive classes combining Post natal yoga, breathwork, baby yoga, song, massage, corrective post natal exercises and relaxation to help you honour this transformative post natal time.These classes offer a relaxed and calm space for you to bond with your baby, move, breath, relax, feed, and connect with yourself and others.
The intention of these Mum & Baby Yoga classes is to offer you a safe, calming space to connect with yourself and your baby, share with others, and learn practical tools to support your own recovery, and tools to soothe, stimulate and bond with your baby.
A wonderful opportunity to meet other parents, share experiences and form friendships in a nurturing, non judgemental space.
Classes recommended from 6 weeks post birth, 8-12 weeks after belly birth. Your journey and healing is unique so please honour where you are at and email with any questions.
Everyone is welcome. NO previous yoga experience necessary.
