The LLLGB National Helpline is open from 8:00am to 11:00pm, 365 days a year.
Calls are answered by volunteer breastfeeding counsellors (LLL Leaders) from their own homes: they are mothers who have breastfed their own children and will listen to your questions, offering practical suggestions and warm support. They have the most up-to-date breastfeeding information available to help you make the decisions that are right for you and your baby.
The Leader you speak to can help you find local breastfeeding support.
If you leave a message our Callback Team of Leaders will get back to within 24 hours (but more usually within 2-3 hours).

Calls from landlines and from mobile phone cost the same as a local call.
La Leche League Leaders are able to provide breastfeeding information and skilled support on the telephone.
