Welcome to our Military Mentoring Platform

Scotland's Officers' Association are passionate about providing the upmost support to military personnel and their families in their transition and beyond. We recognise that mentoring is one of the most valuable and effective development opportunities and by being guided by a trusted and experienced mentor can provide a mentee with a broad range of personal and professional benefits.

Our mentees will engage with mentors who have walked in their footsteps, who have acquired various skills, career experience and expertise and who will ultimately support them to enhance their career capabilities.

Becoming a mentor also has many personal and professional advantages and the relationship between a mentor and mentee is not just a one-way process.
