Milonga del Viernes, a monthly milonga held on the first Friday of each month, this event is organized by the Tango del jueves team.
Milonga del viernes’ is held in the recently refurbished, beautiful Binks Hall
The entry fee is £8.00 and we are always ready to welcome our regulars and visitors alike.
Ideal for beginners.

Snacks and water will be provided but feel free to bring your own favourite tipple.
What is the difference between a tango and a milonga?
What distinguish milonga from tango are its style and rhythm. Milonga is less complex (though there are numerous milonga styles, some more complicated than others), yet it's also faster paced (a legacy of the habanera's rapid beat). This means milonga dancers take smaller steps more rapidly than with tango.
