Our contemporary Pilates classes aim to promote strength, flexibility, balance and very importantly good posture and awareness to help you move well and keep flexible and strong into advancing years.
The focus is on core strength and safe movement. In every day life you can improve your posture, muscle and core strength by integrating what you learn and then see and feel the positive difference Pilates brings to you!
Our classes are always enjoyable, creative and varied based on sound Pilates methodology and principles which inform our teaching.
Classes:
Beginners/Bone Safe
Time: 9:30am - 10:15am
Beginners/Improvers
Time: 10:30am - 11:15am
Please contact me costs as booking is essential. Classes are normally run in monthly blocks although there is a drop in facility for most of the classes.
Do bring your own mat and a cushion or yoga block or towel to use for padding/comfort as needed.
